All About Yellow Mat Yoga

Hi there, I'm Aimee, and I'd love to be your new yoga teacher. In 2021, after overcoming severe PGP during pregnancy, I rediscovered yoga's transformative power. Now, as a certified RYT200 teacher, I blend my experience with expert training from Edinburgh's esteemed Meadowlark Studio.
