Service Description

A welcoming yoga class open to older adults. Whether you’re brand new or have some experience. We’ll move, stretch, and breathe together to build strength, balance, and flexibility in a relaxed and supportive space.

Cancellation Policy

Classes run during term time. A five-class pack priced at £8 p/c is available for those who can attend each week. Drop-in fees are higher per class, so block booking is advisable. Classes will be cancelled if fewer than 3 people book.
