Start your day with a rejuvenating yoga session at Morningside Parish Church from 8:45 to 9:45 a.m. Suitable for all levels, this class offers the perfect way to kick-start your day with a rejuvenating flow. With free street parking on Cluny Drive, there's no excuse not to join me for an energising morning practice. These classes run for 7 weeks, offering you flexibility with two pricing options. Drop-in classes are available at a slightly higher rate, but you can enjoy a discount when you book a full block of classes. I believe yoga should be accessible to everyone.
